How I got here... I started off as a bodybuilder in my early 20's until I realized, I wasn't totally healthy. I would get frequent headaches, my joints hurt, and I had inconsistent sleep and energy. But I wanted to be at my best, so...

I went on a holistic health journey, and a spiritual journey, that brought me on a 4-year cleanse and profound awakening.

During that time, I read hundreds of books, and learned from the best teachers. Ultimately, I learned first-hand the timeless art and science of natural reclamation of health and vitality - through herbs, fasting, cellular detoxification, exercise, and an ideal diet that aligns with different stages of the journey.

Now, after two decades of practice and refinement, I've distilled this wisdom into the most accessible and effective form possible. The 21-Day Vitality Revival is the place to start.
